Standard turnaround is 2–3 days. Same-day and next-day service is available by request for an added fee — just let us know when you drop off or schedule a pickup.

We rescue most stains, especially fresh ones — but we're honest: old, heat-set, or certain dye stains aren't guaranteed. Don't rub or heat it, bring it in soon, and try our Care Advisor for garment-specific guidance.

Yes — our master tailor Nadia handles hemming (from $15), take-in/let-out (from $25), zipper and button repairs, and full custom tailoring. Bring the garment or add it to your pickup.

We do — museum-quality gown cleaning and boxed preservation from $250, and specialist leather and suede care from $45. Both are handled with the utmost care.

Dry cleaning starts at $8/item, wash & fold at $2/lb, shirts $4 each, and alterations from $15. Exact prices depend on the garment and are always confirmed before we begin.
